Honest diagnosis
We inspect the whole system and explain the problem in plain English — price before any work starts.
Repaired properly
Our trucks carry common springs, cables, rollers and opener parts, so most repairs finish in one visit.
Tested & guaranteed
We balance, lubricate and safety-test the door, then walk you through everything before we leave.
Not a franchise. A neighbor.
Alpha Group started in Canton in 2000 and still runs the same way: the owner stands behind every job, techs treat your home like their own, and the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
